Heather Izor, Director/Teacher
Heather received a Bachelors in Early Childhood Education from Johnson State College.  She has over 18 years of experience working in the early childhood field.  Eleven of those years were spent teaching at Turtle Island in Montpelier.  Heather is the owner and director of Learning Ladder.  Heather has two beautiful children, Tyra 14 and Kyler 4, and husband Darryl.  Heather's schedule at Learning Ladder is everyday! Her interests include; being with family and friends, health, laughing, gardening, decorating and coffee :)

Blaise Laing M. Ed., Teacher
Blaise recieved her Master in Early Childhood Education from University of Phoenix.  She also has a BA in English and Psychology from Norwich University.  Blaise has taught with Learning Ladder for over five years.  Blaise has two children, Elaina 7, Dallas 3 and is currently expecting her third child.  Blaise is also married to Martin Smith, chef at Juniper's Fare.  Blaise's schedule at Learning Ladder is everyday!  Her interests include nature, wine, family, sewing and quilting, eating, chocolate and reading.

Chelsea Knapp, Assistant Teacher

Chelsea is going into her third year with Learning Ladder.  She is a part-time employee, assistant teacher, working the afternoons.
